Programming Instructions
Locate the red or orange programming button found on the back or side of your opener, near the antenna.
Three Button Remote Control
Craftsman Red or Orange Learn Button Programming
1. Press and release the red or orange learn button on the motor unit. The indicator light will glow steady for 30 seconds.
2. Within 30 seconds press and hold the button on the handheld unit you are programming.
3. Release the handheld button when the motor unit light blinks. It has now learned the remote's code.
Note: Two clicks will be heard if there are not light bulbs installed.
