Programming Instructions
315MHz Three Button Remote Control
Craftsman Purple Learn Button Programming.
Locate the purple programming button found on the back or side of your opener, near the antenna.
1. Press and release the learn purple button on the motor unit. The indicator light will glow steady for 30 seconds.
2. Within 30 seconds press and hold the button on the handheld unit you are programming.
3. Release the handheld button when the motor unit light blinks. It has now learned the remote's code.
Note: Two clicks will be heard if there are not light bulbs installed.
